Either party may terminate a service engagement by providing written notice as outlined in the specific service agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for all fees incurred for services rendered prior to the termination date. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms, together with any individual service agreements, proposals, and privacy policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paradoxlane Logistics Corp. regarding our services. Any prior discussions, negotiations, or agreements are superseded by these Terms.
